SHADOW - Time of Death

Estimating the time of death for the deceased is something that the pathologist will have to do during the course of his autopsy procedures. In addition to this he or she may be called upon at the scene of a crime whilst carrying out their external examinations to try and judge – or best guess – when the victim died

SHADOW – Time of Death estimates the time of death, according to Henssge's Nomogram method by entering the date and time of measurement, the deceased temperature and body weight, the air's ambient temperature, the body's covering, and if the body is dry or in water. The estimation is presented as a time range (standard deviation ~95%).
